• Contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), the selected area and your message.
• Direct email: the data you include in your message.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, the page accessed and browser type, recorded automatically for the operation and security of the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

• Replying to your request and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Site security: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Messages and contact details: at most 2 years from the last correspondence, unless they become part of a contract.
• Server logs: at most 30 days.

Data related to a contract is kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.

We do not sell or rent data. It is accessed only by the providers that help us operate the site and email, acting as processors: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany) and our email provider. The data stays within the European Economic Area.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior processing. To exercise them, write to us at sales@softconseng.com; we reply within one month at most.

You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) only, and access to messages is limited to the people who reply to you.
